FRESH KICKS: NIKE & ADIDAS

COMME des GARÇONS NikeLab VaporMax Restock
NikeLab and COMME des GARÇONS‘ highly covetable Air VaporMax is back. Two COMME des GARÇONS retailers are restocking the shoe very soon.
First released at COMME des GARÇONS stores and retailers in February for $335 USD, the collaborative model shuns laces for an elastic ankle collar, and boasts a co-branded strip of fabric on the Flyknit upper. After selling out almost immediately, the sneaker remains in high demand — especially in the coveted 10.5 size, as evidenced by the inflated prices on StockX.
Fans will have a chance to buy the sneaker tomorrow, October 6, when it releases at Dover Street Market New York and COMME des GARÇONS’ Chelsea outpost.

36-year-old British superstar Craig David is probably best known for his musical output, but the “7 Days” singer is also a huge sneakerhead. Case in point: this attention-grabbing custom Louis Vuitton and adidas Originals NMD.
Put together by Sneakersnbonsai, Craig David’s adidas and Louis Vuitton customs blend the former’s NMD silhouette with the latter’s iconic branding. Designed for Craig David’s latest music video for his The Time is Now single “For The Gram,” Sneakersnbonsai and Craig David’s collaborative efforts come in the form of two exclusive iterations. You may be able to officially customize your LV belts, but the French luxury fashion house won’t let you produce items like these shoes.
You can take a look at Craig David’s Sneakersnbonsai-created Louis Vuitton x adidas Originals NMD custom sneakers above.
Earlier this year, Craig David joined forces with a slew of his country’s top musicians for a star-studded new group single.
