After almost 40 years, Mercedes-Benz‘s militaristic G-Class SUV will receive its first massive redesign, with an official unveiling coming in 2018. To give its current models proper send-offs while welcoming in the new era, Mercedes is cranking out some new, limited-edition versions of the soon-to-be discontinued vehicles.
Just a few weeks after revealing plans for the final G65, the beloved German automaker introduces the G350d, G350d Professional and G500. Complete with new exterior packages and equipment, the new trio of G-Series rides will only be available in the European market.
For the G350d, consumers can expect a Mocha Black metallic colorway, “brushed aluminum trim,” 19-inch AMG titanium alloys, and additional stainless steel and chrome trim. Brown Nappa Leather and a Harman Kardon sound system will round the important interior features. The Professional version will come in China Blue with a Professional off-road package, while the G500 comes in Platinum Magno, with black leather on the inside and the most interior upgrades out of all of the cars.
You can take a look at the limited-edition Mercedes-Benz G-Class vehicles above, while European consumers can begin placing orders now. For more from Mercedes, check out the AMG Vision Gran Turismo.
