Following a well-received series with Eko Nugroho, EINE and eL-Seed, Louis Vuitton is set to launch its third collection of artist scarves for 2014 spring/summer. Building upon an already compelling list of collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned artist — Takashi Murakami, Yayoi Kusuma and Stephen Sprouse to name a few — this collection looks to the house’s affinity for street art. First up is Chilean artist INTI‘s work, which references the Inca god Wiracocha, while Brooklyn-based pop artist Kenny Scharf offers up his share of psychedelic and surrealist motifs with the use of bold colors. Finally Paris’ own Andre Saraiva reappropriates his classic Monsieur A tag on to the Monogram Scarf with splattered paint. Alongside the collection, LV has also released a summer version of its leopard print scarf by Stephen Sprouse, which is now available in stores. The new aartist scarves are set to hit Louis Vuitton boutiques in March.
