With the success of the Nike KD 7 “Aunt Pearl” released last month, which featured a winged motif strap, adidas Originals and Jeremy Scott are back to remind us where the winged sneaker design first came from. Reminiscent of the much-acclaimed and popular adidas JS Wings 1.0 a few years back, the wings now adorn the iconic Superstars. With small wing appliqués adorning the toe box, this silhouette will be much loved by those who want something simpler than the regular Wings designs, but still love the flair. The shoe is available now for $200 USD at adidas.com.
The iconic Air Jordan 1 has been reimagined in two monochrome colorways. A black midtop pair and its white duplicate sport identical design motifs consisting of a leather body over a mesh underlay, before being finished with a rubber outsole. Wish has stocked a full run on its webstore, each size marked with a $110 USD price tag.
Celebrating 10 years of P-Rod signatures, Paul Rodriguez‘s original Nike SB kicks are set for a return later this month. True to 2005′s OG, the limited edition retro dons a True White/Light Zen Grey-Black colorway and couples a full-grain leather upper with embedded Zoom Air cushioning and an old school puffy tongue. Retailing for $90 USD, the Nike SB Zoom Air Paul Rodriguez Low is due to be available from Nike SB stockists and Nike.com beginning this Saturday, March 14 in limited quantities.
