A First Look at the adidas Originals Yeezy Boost 350 "White" & What Would a Nike x adidas Collab Look Like?

With the hype over the “Black” adidas Yeezy Boost 350 at an all time high since its release last weekend, it seems only appropriate that a new colorway is already surfacing. With a “gray” and “black” iteration in the books, what’s next but a crisp white? First seen on Kanye West this week, the kicks are speculated as the next release. However, there is no official information yet, but we’ll be sure to let you know when there is.
Additionally, the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson seems to have confirmed its authenticity — by betting his FIFA 15 skills on it.



Canadian graphic artist Dead Dilly has created visual renderings of Nike Air Yeezy II, adidas Yeezy 750 Boost, Flyknit technology, Ultra Boost, Sock Dart, Roshe One, and even Rick Owens for adidas silhouettes, mashed together for completely new interpretations. Kanye West Hits the VMA Red Carpet in adidas Originals Yeezy Boost 350 "Beige" / Kanye West Is Running for President in 2020

Kanye West is at the MTV Video Music Awards to receive his honorary Video Vanguard Award, and has been spotted on the red carpet wearing a never-before seen colorway of the popular adidas Originals Yeezy Boost 350. With his wife Kim Kardashian supporting him, the couple hit the event in neutral colors, with Kim in an olive dress and Kanye West in head-to-toe khaki — and a pair of “beige” Yeezys. Live from the 2015 VMAs, Kanye West just announced he will be running for presidency in 2020. ‘Ye was on stage graciously accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and broke the sudden announcement at the end of his acceptance speech while he still had the crowd’s attention. Whether he’s serious about it or not, MTV seems to think it’s for real. Back in 2005, Jordan Brand released the Eminem x Air Jordan IV in honor of the release of Encore. The limited edition models were only given out to friends and family. Featuring a bright blue upper, black accents and contrasting red Jumpman tongue patch logo, the sneaker sold for $37,500 USD last year at Flight Club. Prior to that, a pair sold for $14,500 USD in 20 seconds. A pair of these Eminem Jordans in size 8 recently popped up for sale online, in “NDS” (worn) condition. Rita Ora continues her collaborative relationship with adidas Originals on the release of two new sneaker packs. The Space Shifter and Mystic Moon packs – scheduled for release on September 1 and featuring the ongoing collection’s futuristic sports luxe aesthetic – feature color-shifting panels, textured rubber, and a variety of hi-top, low-top and slip-on styles. Continuing with the string of out the box Stan Smith designs, adidas Originals has released a new iteration in White/Red/Multi. Retaining its minimal, well-formed leather upper, the latest Stan Smith offering features a graphical printed upper gazetting a series of multi-directional linear patterns in a variety of contrasting colors. The shoe’s already colorful palette leads through to a bright red Trefoil branded heel tab, with similar detailing extending through to the signature portrait tongue print. The silhouette is completed with perforated 3-stripe detailing, monochromatic tubular laces, and a supportive, tennis-ready sole unit. The adidas Originals Stan Smith White/Red/Multi is now available from END. Clothing for $89 USD.

This holiday season will see Nike Sportswear dropping a rugged update to one of its most popular silhouettes of the moment: the Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Huarache. Dubbed the Air Huarache Utility, the new take on the retro runner retains the low-top look of old, as well as its signature neoprene and mesh construction, but now pairs the look with a modified traction outsole, overlaying reinforcements, Dynamic Flywire support and a D-ring lacing grommet that works in conjunction with the TPU heel support wrap — via a nylon attachment — so as to provide an improved lockdown fit when fully laced. Look for camouflage and monochromatic black and white colorways to hit NSW spots this holiday season while all four pairs can already be pre-ordered via Tokyo’s atmos.

Though they would have been right at home as an Independence Day release, Nike Sportswear has crafted two patriotic, monochromatic editions of the tried-and-true Air Huarache. Marked by the use of premium leather overlays and a matching toe box — as opposed to the usual mesh — the designs come decked out in “Varsity Red” and “Midnight Navy” as the hues hit everything from the neoprene bootie and leather paneling to the air-cushioned midsole and TPU heel support wrap. Though sold out at Tokyo’s atmos, the two Huaraches should be touching down soon at additional NSW stockists across the globe.

New York City-based luxury footwear brand FEIT welcomes rich brown “Cuoio” and “Black” colorways for its classic Hand Sewn Low and Hand Sewn High silhouettes for the upcoming fall season. The court sneaker models continue to be constructed with hand-sewn and handmade premium vegetable tanned leather that’s been dyed with natural pigments that will make for a beautiful patina over time and wear. LG has tapped REEDS Jewelers to help create its latest smartwatch, the aptly named Urbane Luxe. The premium, limited edition design boasts 23-karat gold — stronger and harder than the 24-karat gold of jewelry and heaver than the 18-karat gold typically employed by luxury timepieces — and the look of a classic mechanical watch. The release also marks the first time an electronics company has looked to compete with the most expensive versions of the Apple Watch. Priced at $1,200 USD and limited to just 500 individually numbered pieces, the Luxe version of LG’s flagship smartwatch will be available exclusively from REEDS Jewelers locations this September.

Known for its contemporary takes on classic outdoor gear, Poler continues to expand its horizons with a versatile collection for Fall/Winter 2015. This season, the Portland-based outfitter continues to bridge the gap between action sports and traditional outdoor activities, and its latest offering for “roamers and seekers” features goods that are both fun and functional, and equally suited for use in the city or in the wild.
