Small Businesses CAN Survive Recessions
As a small business, we have been greatly impacted by the covid-19 virus. Although this level of health and financial uncertainty is the largest seen during our lifetime, this is not the first time that small businesses had to adapt to stay afloat during a large shift in financial security. We pulled a great article from The Hustle, to share "survival tactics" from some who navigated the Great Recession of '08 that we hope can help you or someone you know.

Shelter In Place Retail Therapy
Since the almost total nationwide shelter in place order, everyone's days seem to be filled with the repetitive cycle of social media, tv binging, eating, sleeping and desperately trying not to lose your mind. Retailers are doubling down on it by adding free shipping and massive markdowns (Saks is currently running a 75% online only sale) amongst other things. We dropped a couple links from GQ and Saks Fifth Avenue to to assist in your preparation for being outside again.
