For anyone who grew up enviously watching Mars Blackmon kick it with MJ, the new Air Jordan Spiz’ike “Wolf Grey” should be a welcome dose of nostalgia. The Spiz’ike, a hybrid model that blends design cues from the Air Jordan 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9, was originally created as a tribute to Brooklyn director Spike Lee, the man behind the Blackmon. Here, the shoe is given the Wolf Grey treatment, offset by elephant print along the heel, and splashes of gym red throughout the shoe’s lining. So is it the shoes?
