Nike Basketball 2015 "Opening Night" Pack "WELCOME BACK NBA!!!

The NBA Season is finally back and that also leads to another year of signature models from some of your favorite players and brands. This time around, Nike is tailoring to its three-headed monster in Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and LeBron James to bring in the 2015-2016 Season with the brand new “Opening Night” Pack.
The trio consist of the Nike KD 8, Kobe X Elite and LeBron 13 models. Hosting a Flyweave upper along with dynamic Flyknit, the KD 8 pays homage to his roots with a graphic along the upper showcasing a map and skyline mix of Oklahoma City along with the DMV (Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia) area. The Kobe X Elite hosts a saturated yellow upper that mixes with black detailing through its Flyknit material while the newest silhouette in the LeBron 13 plays along with the signature line’s ongoing ‘cork’ theme hosting a grey based upper with wine detailing throughout. You can expect Nike Basketball’s “Opening Night” Pack to release on November 11 at select Nike retailers and website in limited quantities.

Publish x Timberland "Reinventing California" Collection

Premium brand Publish, known to transcend the realms of art and fashion, teams up with renowned outdoor label Timberland on a collection for the current fall season. Titled “Reinventing California,” the four-pair pack draws inspiration from today’s California street-style youth culture and takes color influence from the state’s beaches, deserts, and the architecture located in downtown Los Angeles and urban San Francisco. Choose from two Chelsea models in either wheat or black colorways, or the more rugged oxford models also in wheat and black. Subtle branding at the tongue and heel tab gives the boots a bit of distinction, while staying true to the overall aesthetic mastered by Timberland. The official release date is set for November 7 with a special in-store event at the Timberland in Union Square, San Francisco between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The adidas Tubular X style has definitely made a name for itself this year — whether for its associations to the Yeezy Boosts or its comfort in general. Regardless, this colorway is going to be a hit. Clad in “Camo,” the shoe now boasts black leather overlays and a brown camouflage print underneath. Set atop a black sole and finished off with an embossed Trefoil, this style should be hitting adidas Originals retailers soon.

The Nike Roshe One has been one of the most popular Nike silhouettes of late, and despite the rebranding (from Run to One) the perennial sneaker is still getting some stellar makeovers. This time around, the shoe gets a Flyknit construction in all-black. Mixed with leather accents, the shoe’s heel is decked out in embossed geometric shapes while the Swoosh adopts an inconspicuous but sleek makeup. Set atop a black sole, the shoe is available now at Nike retailers such as Sneaker Politics for $130 USD.

Sub-Saharan Africa footwear company Oliberté has unveiled an update of its classic women’s moccasin silhouette with the Hirari boot. Recognizing the demand for an autumn-ready boot that combines both form and functionality, the brand has reworked the unique boot with a stylized hand-cut fringe on the cupsole. The shoe also features goat leather lining, a molded insole with the map of Africa, cement construction, and a natural rubber outsole. As with all of Oliberté’s footwear, the Hirari is handcrafted in the world’s only Fairtrade Certified footwear factory. As part of its impressive seasonal footwear lineup, New Balance offers up a fall-ready colorway of the popular ’90s silhouette. Done up in a dark green nubuck base with maroon and red leather overlays, the M530 retro sneaker offers a comfortable fit for your Autumn strolls with its trademark ENCAP cushioning, while perforations provide increased ventilation. White branding along the medial and lateral sides rounds out this striking design which can be purchased from select accounts like Sneaker Politics.

Nike Sportswear is back with another premium leather rendition of the Air Max 1, following up the Gym Red/Black colorway with a “Dark Loden” rendition of the silhouette. Seemingly inspired by military uniforms, the design opts for an olive green and tan make-up, employing a rugged ripstop synthetic alongside tumbled leather throughout. Retailing for $125 USD, the kicks are available now via nike.com.

After much anticipation the official apparel lookbook for Yeezy Season 1 has been unveiled. Described by Kanye West as a “solutions-based” line, his collaborative clothing endeavor with adidas Originals is made up of stripped-down, comfortable looks that can be freely combined in countless different ways. Highlighted by bold outerwear pieces like the lavish shearling bomber jacket and camouflage parka, more conventional unisex pieces like crewnecks and a host of loungewear options have also been included. The eccentric garments with distressed edges and puckered hems will surely go well with more daring individuals though everyday clothing essentials like tanktops and thermal tees can serve as a foundation for pretty much any wardrobe. Kanye West’s Yeezy 950 Boot with adidas is coming soon, so we bring you our first look at the highly-anticipated shoe in two of the four available colorways. The duck boot-style model features a mixed canvas and nubuck upper, metal eyelets, matching tonal laces,  a large pull tab on the heel, and suede accents found on the eyestay and minimal tongue patch. They’ll be like, ‘That’s a cool song,’ and I’m like, ‘That happened to us when we were together.’” The two haven’t spoken a word in years, but when she hears his verses, she says, “Obviously, I know he’s talking to me through music.” So what happens when she’s out at the club and one of Kanye’s hits comes on? She does what everyone does: She dances. “I don’t give a s**t,” she says. “I was a fan. He’s really…he’s a good artist.”
