Bentley has taken the wraps off of its latest take on the Continental GT Speed. Boasting a bevy of improvements over its predecessor, the new design once again employs a biturbo 6.0-liter W12 engine, but one that’s now capable of 642 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque. Coupled with optimized boost control, the setup can now propel the car from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds before ultimately topping out at 206 mph — meaning it’s ever so slightly faster than the 2015 model. 2016′s rendition will also see the release of an accompanying “Black” edition that features everything from glossy black accents and matching 21-inch wheels to a carbon fiber-covered cabin, contrasting leather, diamond quilted door panels and Mulliner GT Design seats.
Bentley is set to deliver the 2016 editions of the Continental GT Speed later this summer.
