Air Jordan 11 "Metallic Gold"
If you thought the long awaited return of the
“Varsity Red” make-up and
brand new “Midnight Navy” colorway were cool, wait until you see the latest version of the low-top Air Jordan 11. Taking on some Olympic inspiration for the summer games ahead, the kicks are essentially yet another “Concord” release, but one that ditches the black patent leather mudguard for metallic gold while employing black herringbone pods on the icy outsole.
Expect the Air Jordan 11 Low “Metallic Gold” to debut later this summer, both in GS and men’s sizes.
Nike Air Max 95 Essential White Chalk/Blue Stealth
Nike‘s classic Air Max 95 silhouette has been faring decently well in 2016, and the AM model’s Essential edition gets released in an ultra soft color palette that can’t go wrong for your summer rotation this season. This iteration gets treated to a White Chalk/Blue Stealth colorway that brings clean white layers across its mixed material upper of suede and mesh that’s accented with a baby blue tongue and embroidered Swoosh logo on the side of the heel.
Purchase these Nike Air Max 95 Essentials in White Chalk/Blue Stealth now from
Inflammable for €170 EUR (approximately $195 USD). Have you also seen the previously released Air Max 95 “
Phantom” sneaker?
The return of the ultra-rare adidas 350 was met with an overwhelming response in the sneaker community, though relatively few individuals were aware of the classic silhouette’s existence to begin with. One of the rarest models ever produced by the German sportswear giant, the tennis sneaker doesn’t look out of place one bit in modern day despite it being issued in for a very short time in the ’70s and ’80s. For the summer 2016, adidas has brought back the design in a black/white and white/navy colorway, joining the off-white/black iteration first seen earlier in the year. Let us know which colorway you like the best in the comments below and purchase a pair starting June 16 at select Three Stripes accounts including Size? for £80 GBP (approximately $116 USD).
Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Yin-Yang" Pack
Jordan Brand is giving MJ’s original Swoosh signature some of its cleanest make-ups to date this summer, tapping the iconic mid-’80s silhouette for the release of a brand new “Yin-Yang” pack. Given the name, the kicks — as you might expect — don simple and classic black and white make-ups, opting for the Retro High OG‘s usual construction (chiefly a high-cut collar, premium leather upper, nylon tongue, a “Nike Air” tongue badge and Jumpman-free heel) as a splash of red hits the tongue of each shoe.
Finished with tonal lacing, the timeless “Yin” and “Yang” editions of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG are hitting Tokyo’s atmos this Saturday, June 11 and should be more widely available in the weeks ahead.
This summer’s “Yin” and “Yang” looks aren’t the only high-top Air Jordan 1s on the way — Jordan Brand has a clean “Gym Red” colorway dropping, too. Officially donning a Gym Red/Metallic Silver-White colorway, these classic Jordans sport a Chicago Bulls-esque red and white color combo across the upper. A patent leather Swoosh stands out in striking metallic silver on the side along with the iconic wings logo.
Purchase the Air Jordan 1 High “Gym Red” from atmos for ¥15,000 JPY (approximately $140 USD) when it drops June 11.
