Jordan Brand Unveils the Flight Runner

Having made the foray into training footwear long ago, Jordan Brand has now unveiled its very first running shoe: the Jordan Flight Runner. Designed for maintaining peak physical condition away from the basketball court, the shoe leverages years of research and technology advancements for the ultimate lightweight and supportive runner. Combining ultra-supportive Dynamic Fit technology with Nike’s tried-and-true Zoom cushioning, the design features an advanced heat-and-pressure fusion process throughout the upper as a breathable mesh forefoot is joined by a welded shroud and supportive heel. The Jordan Flight Runner is set to hit Jordan Brand retailers and Jordan.com on May 1 for $110 USD

The Vans Syndicate x 8FIVE2 2013 Collection

First introduced last week with a quaint clip filmed in Hong Kong, Vans Syndicate and 8FIVE2 have allowed us a more in-depth look at their collaboration. The Half Cab “S” and Authentic “S” silhouettes have been executed in a seasonally-apt khaki floral pattern for the spring season, with white and brown accents around their respective uppers. Keeping the core skaters in mind, the top portions are each executed with premium reinforced canvas and treated with rich leather trim around the ankles. Gold eyelets loop the high-quality leather laces on the upper, tying these crisp offerings together. Look for this release as an in-store exclusive at 8FIVE2.
