A London stalwart, Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins established YMC, You Must Create, back in 1995 as “a response to increasing demands for stylish, functional, modern clothing.” Many will remember the brand’s graphic tees, an early trademark; however, Moss and Collins have ensured longevity with an ever-growing collection of easy-to-wear staples. A coming together of work and sports-influenced clothing with references to classic British and American styles, the label has cleverly balanced youthfulness with a healthy respect for the old-school.
Presenting men’s and womenswear this weekend at London Collections: Men, Moss let us stop in for a moment to get a peek at the finished Spring/Summer 2016 line, and chat ’70s motocross and Peter Fonda horror flicks.

Kid Cudi and Jeremy Piven will grace the cover of Complex magazine. Kid Cudi stars as Jeremy Piven’s who plays Ari Gold new assistant in the upcoming movie Entourage. Here’s a preview of the interview with Jeremy Piven:

Jeremy, you said you were lucky to be in Entourage for eight seasons. If Ari Gold is ultimately your most lasting legacy, is that a good thing?
JP: You can’t be mad at what got you to a certain place. I’m very lucky. I want people to see Mr. Selfridge, because it’s a show I’m really proud of, and I also think it’s my best work. So if people just know me as Ari Gold, that’s cool, but the reality is it doesn’t necessarily make any sense to me. I was speaking to a woman who’s a journalist, and she said to me that she didn’t like me because she thought there’s no way that I couldn’t be Ari Gold, and I asked her why. She said, “I didn’t think there was a way you could be that good.”

JAY Z is sticking by his word and giving Tidal users some customized content from his own personal music choices. Jay-z kicked things off with his very own summer playlist filled with songs meant for the warm weather.
                  

In this episode of Forced Exposure, we’re taking Atlanta rap superstar Rich Homie Quan to an art gallery to meet visual artist Niall McClelland. Quan visited the Clint Roenisch Gallery in Toronto to check out Niall’s newest exhibit, and we learned how Niall turns garbage that he finds in his own backyard into great art.

Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy. In Theaters August 7, 2015.
                 

Directed by Jon Watts, the plot is based around a town sheriff named Kretzer, who sets out to find two kids who have stolen his police vehicle.

Technical menswear label NEMEN follows on from their collaborative project with fellow sartorial technicians ACRONYM by lifting the curtain on their Spring/Summer 2015 mainline. Transporting Italy’s traditions of craftsmanship and expert eye for fabrics into the 21st century, the label presents a series of menswear pieces imbued with unique dyes and finishes. Of particular note are the parkas which come with colossally oversized hoods and pockets, presented in some decidedly off-trend royal blue hues.

LA-based UNDEFEATED have teamed up with Snoop Dogg and addias with a series of T-shirts in support of the sneaker collaboration.The collaboration supports Snoop Dogg’s youth football league in Los Angeles and the entire collection is available now online at UNDEFEATED’s site.

LUXURY: Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Up For Sale / The Biggest And The Most Expensive Home In Los Angeles To Sell For $500 Million

The 12,000 square-foot home where Michael Jackson and his numerous exotic animals once lived is now on the market.
On 2,700 acres in Los Olivos, 40 miles outside Santa Barbara, the King of Pop’s Neverland Ranch, now the Sycamore Valley Ranch, is being priced at $100 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The ranch no longer includes Bubbles (the chimpanzee) and the rest of the animals, nor are the rides still on the estate, but the property does have 22 buildings in all, including two guest houses and a six-bedroom home. There is also a 50-seat movie theater complete with trap doors on the stage for magic shows, and the floral clock and train station are are still there as well.

In 1987, Jackson purchased Neverland Ranch for $19.5 million and lived there for more than 15 years. The ranch was once at the center of a police investigation after child molestation allegations were made against the music icon. Jackson was acquitted of those claims in 2005. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 50.


The project will exceed 100,000 square feet and will come up to include a 5,000-square-foot master bedroom, a 30-car garage, a 45-seat cinema, a 8,500-square-foot night club and a Monaco-style casino.
The “jelly fish room” with tanks on three walls and a light-changing ceiling will add up to the extraordinary features of Niami’s mansion which is set to be the largest and the most luxurious in the U.S.
Loaded with almost every amenity available in the world, it has been planned to be home to four swimming pools, including a 180-foot infinity pool, and about 20,000 square feet of grass which is most likely be synthetic.
Expected to take at least 20 more months to completed, the 4-acre hilltop property will offer 360-degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Described as “very similar to a palace” by Paul McClean, the mansion’s architect, the house is also designed help to preserve water as California suffers from a record drought.
