London-based Liverpudlian fashion designer Christopher Shannon is best known for his apt blend of sportswear and menswear designs under his eponymous imprint. Never far from engaging use of prints and graphics, Shannon’s cut and sews continue to marvel the industry with its unique sensibility that straddles the line between fun and rebellious. Athletic motifs are blended in with classic patchwork and embroidery, while Britain’s diverse subcultures — think mod, ’90s rave and punk — continue to lend inspiration each season.
