SNEEZE Magazine Skateboard Set
Innovative “poster size, less-is-more, full-color, no binding, soft-fold publication,” SNEEZE, has once again initiated the ever-present influence of contemporary art in skateboarding. Known for surprising their readers by reiterating large formats to each issue, the New York and Vancouver based publication allows the magazine to be used as decoration rather than reading material.
With that being said, their latest collaboration with infamous Korean American illustrator, Peter Chung, is a conscious move in the right direction to help solidify the arts influence over such a sport. The illustrated project is presented on two fully dipped skateboards made in the USA and can be bought as a set – with Mulan available on an 8in x 31.75in and Jasmine available on an 8.25in x 32in deck, they can be bought for $154 USD here.
