ALIFE's Treis Hill Speaks on the Reebok Court Victory Pump "Ball Out Re-Up"/Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Question Mid "15 Stars"

Among its long list of accomplishments over the last 15 years, ALIFE came together with Reebok back in 2006 to create one of the most sought after sneaker collaborations of the decade. It came right around the time in which sneakerheads began turning to the digital realm as a safe haven to share their affinity with comrades around the globe. The result saw a tennis ball-like material and colorway applied to the Michael Chang’s Court Victory Pump silhouette, ingeniously dubbing it the “Ball Out.” As collaborative sneakers were a rare sight during this period, the “Ball Out” generated quite a bit of hype upon its release and still remains at the top of many “best of” lists. Now with a bevy of Reebok Pump collaborations having hit retail over the last 12 months, the two have aligned once again to release the “Re-Up” version.

After dropping the Reebok Inferno “15 Stars” back in November, Stockholm’s Sneakersnstuff is back with yet another nod to its 15-year anniversary, this time making use of one of its favorite collaborative canvases: Allen Iverson‘s signature Reebok Question Mid. Marking the third time the SNS crew has customized the Question — following last year’s “Crocus” and “A Shoe About Nothing” releases — 2015′s edition of the mid-top features the same “15 Stars” motif as the aforementioned Inferno. Inspired by the classic jersey of Södermalm’s now-defunct Hammarby Basketball, the “15 Stars” Question combines rich orange suede with star-perforated green suede panelling, subtle co-branding hits, a contrasting white midsole, and smooth leather lining.
Look for the Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Question Mid “15 Stars” to be available both in-store and online come Friday, December 12.
