The Casa Urca by Sao Paulo and New York-based Studio Arthur Casas, is a spectacular three-story penthouse located in Rio de Janeiro. The 7,180 sq ft. residence features some of the most breathtaking views in Brazil with the Sugarloaf mountain on one side and the Corcovado mountain and downtown Rio on the other. The first floor houses three guestrooms and kitchen and was designed to utilize the flood of natural light to create a path of the discovery of the amazing landscape. The second level features the main entrance that extends into the spacious living room, which is lit using three openings on the water basin of the last floor. Sliding glazed doors leads to the one of the terraces and overlooks the beautiful Guanabara Bay.
