Drop 2 of Alexander Wang x adidas Originals‘ Season 2 collection has arrived. The line includes 36 unisex pieces that range from outerwear to tracksuits. The apparel appears in bright hues like neon yellows and blues to juxtapose against the concrete background of the city. Alongside these garments we see the AW Run Mid and AW Skate Mid that have each been updated for a sleeker profile. Wang also reinterprets adidas’ Adilette Slides adding a trio of colors to the rubber upper. Models pose as bike messengers to display the youthful and dynamic spirit of the drop.
This haul will be available on October 7 at adidas Originals and Alexander Wang locations globally as well as online.

Hot on the heels of its collaboration with Vans is Barneys New York’s latest partnership with adidas as part of the luxury retailer’s continuing BNY Sole Series. The dynamic cohorts have placed their creative touches on two unique pairs of Samba sneakers. The colorways in question consist of black and white, with both iterations equipped with premium leather alongside a durable rubber sole. Not to mention, the creps boast debossed details across their respective uppers.
Senior Men’s Footwear buyer for adidas, Chris Pepe, expressed that, “This was by far our most technical design to date for the entire BNY Sole Series project. While it may look simple, we spent a lot of time perfecting the final version.” He also added, “The whole shoe is constructed of only one piece of soft leather throughout.”
