Jordan Brand‘s newest sneaker attempts to challenge the reselling community by asking its purchasers to actually wear their kicks.
Here, this black, white and yellow-colored Air Jordan 1 features a large ”NOT FOR RESALE” text on its midsole, in addition to “NO PHOTOS” embroidered on the heels, “WEAR ME” on the tongues, “PLEASE CREASE” on its toeboxes, and ”NO L’S” on the insoles. Lastly, the upper comes constructed with soft tumbled leather, while the silhouette itself sits at the preferred high-top height.
At the moment the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Not For Resale” is expected to arrive this December for $155 USD at select Jordan Brand retailers, Nike.com and Nike SNKRS. We should note that it’s rumored that this drop will fall under JB’s NRG category, which may make them tough to obtain.
After a number of special releases to mark the PUMA Suede‘s 50th anniversary — including collaborations with everyone from The Weeknd to Ferrari — PUMA have now recruited Pepsi for a new take on the silhouette. Coming in two colorways, either blue or black, the sneaker takes inspiration from Pepsi cans.
Vintage-style Pepsi logos in dark blue and white feature on the two colorways, contrasting with the classic Puma branding across each side. The sneaker is then finished with co-branding on the tongue and footbed as well as a silver Pepsi logo on the heel. Accompanying the duo is a small variety of playfully-cobranded hoodies and T-shirts, merging the PUMA logo with retro Pepsi branding.
After Nike revealed a new look at the silhouette last month, a closer look at the Air Max 720 has now emerged. Coming in a purple colorway, the sneaker features the silhouette’s airbag “ring” around the whole foot and the tallest-ever air unit, which Nike has previously announced will be 70% produced from recycled manufactured waste.
Other feature of the silhouette include metallic accents on each side and around the heel tab as well as Air Max 720 branding on the heel and tongue. Take an up-close look at the new silhouette in the gallery above, and expect the Air Max 720 to hit the Nike web store and select stockists in Spring 2019.
Having just released a Net-A-Porter exclusive, J.W. Anderson and Converse continue their collaborative streak with a new Chuck Taylor collection for the Fall/Winter 2018 season.
Previewed by Berlin’s Voo Store, the latest J.W. Anderson x Converse Chuck Taylors offer new glitter color schemes in silver/neon yellow/multicolor and red/teal/yellow, as well as a new silhouette featuring a stocky midsole with a jagged outsole in gum and black.
The new J.W. Anderson x Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers are releasing in the new future at Voo Store and select retailers worldwide.
Following an orange streak of an ACG-inspired colorway and a “Copper Flash” edition, Nike‘s Epic React Flyknit returns in an equally eye-catching but achromatic “Cookes & Cream” look.
This colorway finds strength in a classic black and white palette with a milky white Flyknit upper that transitions to black from the speckled quarter panel to the tonal heel section. A white React midsole with a touch of chocolate brown at the heel clip adds some subtle contrast, while a 3M reflective Swoosh offers flash in certain lights.
The Nike Epic React Flyknit “Light Cream/Black” colorway will release in the near future at Nike’s web store and select retailers.
