Having shared multiple teasers and the official launch dates over the past few weeks, Nike and AMBUSH designer Yoon Ahn now finally reveal their highly anticipated collaboration in a campaign. Fronted by Adesuwa Aighewi, Lauren Tsai as well as Yoon herself, the imagery highlights the sleek, Tokyo-cool pieces that Swoosh and the Japan-based brand have dreamed up together.
In addition to reflective, 3M crop tops and track pants coming in black and white, the co-branded collection also sees jackets designed with metallic silver and gold fabrics. We also have our eyes on the Dri-FIT Stretch bodysuit, as well as the mint green, faux fur jacket emblazoned with an oversized Nike Swoosh on the back.
Apart from apparel, the upcoming range will also feature a pair of uniquely designed Air Max 180. Drawing inspiration from the Nike Air Zoom Flight “The Glove,” the runner gets revamped into a boot-like silhouette coming in coloration of white, black and pastel green. The Swoosh logo is moved closer to the toe box, while the lacing system is replaced by a zipper reminiscent of that on the Air Jordan 1 Jester XX.
Scroll through the gallery above for a preview of the AMBUSH x Nike collaboration. The range is slated to launch in Paris on December 3, Tokyo on December 5 and Shanghai on December 8. The Air Max 180s will reportedly hit shelves in Spring 2019. Stay tuned for any further updates.
