Continuing within their endeavors to re-release the most coveted adidas UltraBOOST colorways, Foot Locker and Champs Sports‘ “UNVAULTED” series drops the Medal Pack.
Sustaining the shoes’ original technology, the pairs sit atop a full BOOST sole unit but feature distinct aesthetic differences, as each of the three iterations references three metals: gold, silver and bronze. Though there are models within the offering that feature a tonal upper, others are intricately emblazoned with an ornate Primeknit that interweaves its respective ”medal.” Accents are utilized on the heel cup and tongue branding to further bring together the metallic ethos that the shoes bare.

size? continues its range of exclusive models, this time teaming up with adidas Originals. Going back into the archives, the retailer has pulled a shoe that first debuted in 1979 — called the Kegler Super after Keglen, a german style of bowling. Originally created for athletes for that sport, the peg system on the shoe was innovative at the time, allowing users to adjust its cushioning.
The shoe itself comes in a navy and maroon colorway, using a premium leather upper and taking inspiration from Americana-era bowling shoes of the 1960s. The heel tabs have a reference to the production years, with “19” and “79” on each foot. There’s also suede on T-toe and mudguard surround and a gum outsole. After donning a bold Miami Vice-inspired look, Nike‘s Air Max Plus 97 now takes to the minimalist side with a “Cool Grey” colorway.
This time, the Air Max Plus/Air Max 97 hybrid sports a monochrome scheme from ankle to outsole, combining shades of “Cool Grey” and “Pure Platinum” on its leather, nylon and mesh upper, through to the visible Air unit sole. Some surprise hits of yellow at the medial side of the outsole and Air bubbles add a touch of contrast.
The Nike Air Max Plus 97 “Cool Grey” is available now for $170 USD at select retailers such as Capsule.
DJ Khaled took to Instagram to share more angles of the SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 “Art Basel Miami.” In the the collaboration we see a ton of details that hint towards the city of Miami, and the “The Sunshine State” of Florida.
Inspired by Florida’s state colors and the sporting teams of Miami, the AJ1 takes on a colorway that’s derived from the citrus fruit orange. The leather uppers see green wrapped around the toe portions and Swoosh logo of the shoe, while orange and white round off the side panels and outsole. Other details include a debossed Jordan “Wings” logo at the collar, a debossed SoleFly logo at the heel, and the Miami area code “305” stitched behind the tongue.
As the release of SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 “Art Basel Miami” is set to coincide with the opening of Art Basel Miami, you can expect these to officially launch early December. Check back shortly for info on availability and pricing.
