Nike (NYSE:NKE -1.08%) continues its commitment to sustainability with its latest “Move to Zero” Air Force 1 Crater silhouette constructed with at least 20 percent recycled materials.
Uppers are dressed in smooth white and cream leathers, with a pastel yellow and orange Nike Swoosh adorning the laterals. The “Move to Zero” pinwheel logo is placed on the neon in-soles in black and on the heel tab in multi-colored Regrind rubber. The recycled material is also used on the white speckled crater foam midsole and gray outsole panels to complete the look.

The colorway is called “Starfish” and it comes with a handful of retro-inspired palettes and printed text reminiscent of classic designs.
At the top of the shoe is a black and white “Nike Air” tongue tag, followed by a set of cream-colored laces. There’s a small motif around the ankles, complemented by a black mini-Swoosh at the sidewalls and an orange heel tab. The rest of the shoe’s uppers are constructed in white full-grain leather, while the heel is decorated with a teal-colored heel strip and rows of “Nike” branding. As a final touch, the shoe comes with a vintage off-white midsole to complete the ’80s look.
Though no official release dates have been announced, Nike’s Air Force 1 Low “Starfish” is expected to be available soon on Nike’s website for $90 USD.Due to the fact that the Air Force 1 is such a minimal canvas by nature, it gives the Nike (NYSE:NKE -1.08%) design teams ample room to toy around with different colors, themes, materials and more. To build upon its momentum this season, the Swoosh’s Sportswear team is now bringing light to its Nike Air Force 1 EMB model and presenting its latest grayscale-themed makeup.
Like the standard AF1s that sneakerheads have come to know and love, the base layer is predominantly constructed with smooth leather materials. Quarters and perforated toe boxes are flooded with white paint while its accompanying overlays are dripped in pitch black. Embossed Nike branding is planted onto the lateral heel areas and color-blocks between black lettering and white outlines. Canvas twill materials are also brought to the table by way of the Swooshes and the heel overlays, the latter of which hosts a mid-sized Nike check instead of the customary Nike Air branding. Moreover, the tongues have been remixed with snapback-inspired tags. Moving south, the midsoles are mostly hued in white, but come prepared with gray Air lettering to match up with the treading that is stacked underneath.

Exclusively dropping with atmos Tokyo, the ASICS GEL-LYTE III OG “White Denim” continues on last year’s celebration of the silhouettes’ 30th anniversary with a shoe that pays homage to the true shapes, sizes, and styles of the 1990s. With this in mind, the pair you see above is a faithful interpretation of the pairs that came before it, with each panel being like-for-like to those of the ’90s.
Steering away from traditional indigo and black denim tones, ASICS now utilizes a soft ivory shade all over the sneaker for a timeless look. Denim has been used for the base of the shoe and appears to decorate the toe box, mid-panel, tongue, and heel, while matching leather constructs the toe bumper and heel for structure, and also the ASICS branding on the mid-panel so that it stands out against the denim.
Bringing this all together is the sock liner and laces that are also finished in the same creamy-white shade. Rounding out the pair is a selection of contrasting leather elements, with ASICS’ branding gracing the tongue, GEL-LYTE tabs adorning the lateral rear-quarter, and GEL branding on the heel tab, all appearing in brown leather with red lettering.
The ASICS GEL-LYTE III OG “White Denim” costs ¥14,300 JPY (approx. $130 USD) and can be bought via a raffle exclusively on atmos Tokyo’s website. The sleek silhouette offers clean detailing and subtle details which set it apart from other Air Jordan 1 retros.
The shoes are dressed in smooth, pebbled and patent leathers featuring hues of bubblegum pink, obsidian, and white. The defining pastel pink tones are seen on the heel overlays and toe box, dark obsidian hues cover the mudguard, Nike Swoosh, ankle collar, laces and liner, and white is found on the laterals and tongue tab branding. Below, clean white midsoles rest above the pink outsoles with playful gum imprints decorating the bottoms.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Atmosphere” is set to release December 22 on Nike’s website for $170 USD.
The AJ14 is highlighted with details inspired by May’s Black and Filipino roots, more specifically gold and jade jewelry that she received from her grandmothers as a young girl. The beige suede upper is contrasted with the metallic gold and marbled green accents on the midsoles. Meanwhile, the overall look is kept balanced with jet black on the Jumpman logo, tongue, collar and footbed. Jade-inspired details are further seen on the tongue, which sports engraved Jordan branding. The design is complete with May’s signature on the insole.
Priced at $190 USD, Aleali May’s AJ14 “Fortune” will release on August 19 via Nike SNKRS.
