ADIDAS x PHARRELL

Earlier this month, Pusha T teased us with an early picture of Pharrell‘s new friends and family adidas Originals Hu NMD. Now, its VP of adidas global entertainment & influencer marketing Jon Wexler‘s turn to give us another peek at the shoe.

The latest pair boasts purple-colored uppers alongside earthy tan panels and white BOOST midsoles. On the vamp, you can see Japanese characters and the word “Respira” — breathe for Spanish – stitched on in white. Finally, you also have what looks to be salmon-colored laces striped with green coloring. As a caption for this post, Wexler just adds how “honored” he is to have received the pair.

After early teaser images and much speculation surrounding its impending drop, Pharrell’s collaborative tie-dyed Hu NMD silhouette alongside adidas, which sits in part of the upcoming Trail Holi” pack, now has a set release date. Additional images recently hit our radar — granting us a better look at this vibrantly-hued BOOST model.

Said to be inspired by the Holi Festival observed in India, a lively celebration of color and love, this particular model sports a tonal mashup of “Chalk Coral,” “Flash Green” and “Lab Purple” along the upper, while a white BOOST midsole and “Coral” outsole round out the design. This rendition will retail for $250 USD and will make its debut on March 2 online and select adidas stockists.

After several teasers and closer looks, additional images of Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD silhouettes continue to hit our news feeds ahead of their impending drop dates. With that said, these new photos provide us our best look yet at this off-white rendition, which first grabbed our attention back in November.

Now believed to be part of what’s being called the “Blank Canvas” pack, these iterations feature an off-white Primeknit-constructed upper with splashes of clean white making its way onto the collar lining, side cage, BOOST midsole and grooved outsole. Rounding out the new design is the text “WORLD” found embroidered on the topside — running from toe to tongue. Set to a price of $250 USD, this new Pharrell x adidas HU NMD Trail model will arrive at adidas’s online store and select retailers on February 23.

adidas Originals’ Pharrell Williams Tennis Hu is back with a makeover on its previous “Multicolor” iteration. The knitted upper welcomes back a selection of colors with a lighter shade to follow up the previous launch from July. The waffle-textured midsole makes its way back into the fold in white to complement the branded heel tab, inner lining and laces done in the same color. Black branding serves as a contrast on the aforementioned areas as the finishing touch to the “Multicolor” sequel.

Currently, there’s no confirmed launch date for this colorway, stay tuned for further information regarding its drop. Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals’s Hu NMD series is set to return with a few new options. Geared to be a part of the Three Stripes’ fall 2018 lineup, the offering falls under the “Afro” moniker and welcomes a selection of three colorways.

Each iteration boasts a unique striped pattern along the Primeknit upper while large wording returns similar to previous releases. BOOST cushioning makes its way back in addition to the Hu NMD trail outsole this time around. Stick with us as we get more information on this colorful pack.

After just being granted a look at a trio of newly-revealed adidas x Pharrell Hu NMD iterations, it appears as though another new model has come to light known as “Body & Earth.” The uppers take on a light blue mesh-comprised textile with the word “Body” landing on one shoe, while “Earth” appears on the other. Clean white adds ample contrast, which not only is seen on the signature text, but on the cage system, BOOST midsole, EVA inserts and trail rubber outsole.
