Despite ending the productions of its Defender series, Land Rover recently revealed a 70th anniversary old school excursion model.
Limited to 150 units, the 70th anniversary Defender includes a 5.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol V8 engine making it the most powerful and fastest model of the now discontinued series. Clocking a top speed of 106mph and a 0-60mph acceleration in 5.6 seconds, the limited edition Defender is sure to make it to the top of any Land Rover enthusiast’s wishlist.
Available in eight standard body colors and two satin finishes, the 70th anniversary Defender comes kitted with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, 18-inch diamond-turned Sawtooth alloy wheels and all-terrain tires. While Windsor Leather interior trim accents the dashboard, door panels, headlining and Recaro sports seats found in the interior of the car.
Priced at £150,000 GBP (approximately $207,000 USD), the limited edition 70th anniversary V8-powered Land Rover Defender is set to release later this year. For more information on the model head over to Land Rover.
Streetwear brand Supreme has taken to Instagram to tease its upcoming and highly-anticipated Spring/Summer 2018 collection.
Details on the drop are vague, yet the social media announcement teased a multi-colored leather jacket layered over a pastel, tie-dye hoodie. The detailing on the outerwear piece includes raised, white dots on top of the bold, enlarged letters spelling out “SUPREME.”
UPDATE: Following a NBA All-Star Weekend debut, the BAPE x adidas Dame 4 will receive a wider launch on February 18 on adidas.com and at select adidas retailers.
Fresh off the unveiling of some new branded long-sleeve T-shirts and a lean line of limited-edition MA-1 flight jackets, BAPE teams up with adidas for a new spin on the Dame 4 silhouette.
Originally released last year, the adidas Dame 4 is Portland Trailblazers guard Damian Lillard‘s signature shoe and comes equipped with a mesh upper, Bounce cushioning, and a sturdy gum sole. The style was initially produced in an “un-dyed” white and cream colorway and a red, white and black “Rip City” version. For this latest spin on the Dame 4, A Bathing Ape outfits the sneaker with different takes on its signature shark and camouflage graphics to create a pair of new colorways known as the “Green Camo” and “Black Camo” models.
You can take a look at the BAPE and adidas Dame 4 above, while the shoes themselves will drop in limited runs next month. For those interested, the new Dame 4s will only be available for purchase at adidas’s 747 Warehouse Street showcase during February’s NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles and are set to sell for $150 USD.
