With World AIDS Day right around the corner, Louis Vuitton and non-profit organization (RED) have partnered up on a collaborative sneaker to raise money for the Global Fund to fight AIDS. Each silhouette arrives in a white leather upper accentuated with striking red overlays. Additionally, the pair comes with a leather tag embossed with the fashion house’s signature LV logo. Rounding out the style are hits of branding found on the toe, lateral, sole and tongue.

This season, the AJ6 marks its return with the release of the all-new Women’s Air Jordan 6 Retro “Singles Day” that celebrates the Chinese commercial holiday.
Paying homage to the kicks’ storied past, the latest women’s edition features a monochromatic black-on-black finish along with a tonal floral and basketball print which appears throughout the textile upper and midsole. To further enhance the shoe’s retro styling, a burgundy woven lace shield has been added for a burst of color, while a metallic gold Jumpman ornament lends a touch of luxury to the silhouette’s distinctive design. Standard Air Jordan 6 details remain intact, which includes a spoiler-like heel tab and visible Air sole cushioning.

A part of the “What Is Love?” pack, the sneaker’s midsole has been dressed up in red suede and features a wear-away panda camo graphic on the upper.A first in the brand’s 16-year-long history, Common Projects will launch an archive sale offering over 600 pairs of sneakers, boots and footwear samples.
Founded in 2004 by former V Magazine art director Peter Poopat and shoe manufacturing consultant Flavio Girolami, Common Projects quickly took off for its super-minimalist styles including the Achilles Low sneaker, Derby Shine lace-up and leather Chelsea boots. Now, the brand’s far-reaching sale will reissue old models from the past six years, sample silhouettes and one-off designs that never made it to production.
Common Projects’ archival sample sale launches at a dedicated sale page on November 27 at 10 a.m. EST and runs through December 1.
