NikeLab ACG Flyknit Trainer Chukka SFB/NikeLab ACG LunarTerra Arktos

Nike has breathed new life into one of its most beloved vintage collections – Nike ACG – by infusing its most modern technologies into both apparel and footwear. On the sneaker front, NikeLab presents the ACG Flyknit Trainer Chukka SFB, which has been updated from the slew of releases over the summer to function at a higher level on the streets. Here we find the shoe engineered with a new protective skin at the toe and heel, then laid over with a Defender Repellent Systems® spray layer for maximum weather resistance. These features are complimented by a synthetic wool yarn lining at the interior of the shoe, which works in conjunction with Nike’s penchant Flyknit technology to conform to (and warm) the foot. Look for this release to drop alongside the rest of the NikeLab ACG collection on December 18 here and at NikeLab locations in New York, London, Tokyo, Paris and Milan.

With the rebirth of Nike‘s all-weather ACG collection, NikeLab ACG presents an updated weatherized version of the 2013 LunarTerra Arktos boot. The NikeLab ACG LunarTerra Arktos combines the comfort of a sneaker with the insulation and durability of a winter boot, while also removing the internal bootie in an effort to make it as light as possible. A sticky outsole ensures maximum traction even on the slipperiest of surfaces, while a newly designed water-repellant mesh upper and leather vamp and heel help keep your feet dry. Additional features include non-wicking waterproof laces, Nike’s Flywire technology for a flexible fit, and a new thermal lining that provides a blanket-like warmth inside the boot. The newly-designed NikeLab ACG LunarTerra Arktos boot is set for an exclusive North American release on January 15, before it hits the European and Japanese markets.
