Just yesterday Pharrell gave us a first look at the forthcoming adidas Human Made sneaker inspired by the classic Stan Smith. Stepping away from the adidas Originals NMD that we have come to know and love, the latest interpretation features a new midsole and outsole unit that, for once, eschews BOOST technology. This adidas Human Race shoe comes dressed in a mix of white, blue and pink tones throughout its woven Primeknit upper. As part of the new lineup of Human Races set to release this year, keep it locked here for more information on pricing and a release date.
Footwear news aside, Pharrell and Tyler, The Creator are working on new music together.
It’s pretty evident that Nike would be pulling out all its tricks in preparation for the upcoming Air Max Day. The latest move by the Swoosh is a special iteration of the Air Max 1 for the younger fans. This Air Max 1 stays true to its popular aesthetic with a small change to celebrate its birthday. On the tongue you’ll find “3.26″ branding taking the place of its normal Nike Air branding, similar to the Air Max 1 Ultra 2.0 “Air Max Day.”
Hosting University Red, White, Neutral Grey and Black throughout, the Nike Air Max 1 GS “Air Max Day” is slated to launch before Air Max Day on March 16. Take a look at the imagery above and let us know which Air Max silhouette is your favorite.
Pharrell’s latest Human Race sneaker takes inspiration from the classic Stan Smith with a white and green color scheme. No longer an adidas Originals NMD, the new sneaker features a brand new midsole and outsole unit that is not BOOST. Instead, the sole features a diamond-embossed pattern. Its upper looks to be constructed from Primeknit, while an intricate insole features a Chinese pressure point map. Check out a first look at the shoe above, and see Pharrell rocking them in an Instagram post below.
In addition to these new kicks, Pharrell also recently debuted another colorway to the popular HU NMDs.
The latest drop from adidas Consortium’s impressive collaboration mission comes courtesy of Swiss sneaker institution Titolo, whose take on the NMD XR1 Trail offers an ice-cold, all-white sneaker that draws its inspiration from Switzerland’s iconic mountain ranges. The asymmetric overlay symbolizes the snowy slopes, while the translucent ice-blue outsole channels the region’s deep-running glaciers. This latest drop is available from Titolo from March 18 and globally from March 25.
