Byredo unveiled a limited-edition reissue of one of its most popular fragrances, “Mister Marvelous.” Paying homage to the contemporary man, the scent is inspired by confidence and rewriting the rules of modern masculinity.
“‘Mister Marvelous’ was always a project intended to celebrate great character, resilience and creativity,” Byredo’s founder Ben Gorham shares in a press release. The fragrance boasts top notes of mandarin leaves, neroli and bergamot alongside middle notes of bamboo and lavender and base notes of amber and cedar wood.
Fronting the campaign for “Mister Marvelous” is three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver and Super Bowl LVI champion, Odell Beckham Jr. who alongside being an exceptional athlete, is also a father and an entrepreneur. Embodying the multi-dimensional spirit that “Mister Marvelous” is known for, Beckham Jr. is the new face of the fragrance.
“‘Mister Marvelous’ reminds me of a Renaissance man. Winning the Super Bowl, becoming a dad and going into my 30s, I’m in a happy place. That’s what Mister Marvelous exudes — a well-rounded happy guy. I love the brand. The candles are all over the house, and I recently started using the fragrances,” Beckham says in a press release.Travel and lifestyle brand TUMI has teamed up with gaming hardware company Razer on a limited-edition collection of futuristic bags.
The capsule features some of TUMI’s bestselling silhouettes that are reimagined with Esports-inspired details. A striking neon green hue takes over the 15” laptop cover, in addition to the Bozeman Sling, the Finch Backpack and the International Expandable 4 Wheeled Carry-On Luggage. Highlighting the collaboration, Razer’s triple-headed snake logo is incorporated throughout.
Peep the designs above and the campaign down below. The limited-edition Razer x TUMI capsule launches globally on June 3 at 11 a.m. EST via both TUMI and Razer‘s stores. Only 1,337 units of each style will be available, referencing “1337” or “LEET” — short for “elite” — a term often used to describe skilled gamers.
The upcoming model has yet to receive an official name, however, the Swoosh has given fans a first look at the design. Dressed in cream, the pair’s exterior rubber shell comes with ventilation holes on the toe boxes and perforated elements on the collars. Elsewhere, the heels sport a slit for breathability. The iconic Jumpman logo on the lateral rear and removable neoprene bootie featuring an elephant print round off the footwear style.
Jordan Brand’s clog has yet to receive an official release date and price point. Stay tuned while we wait for more details.
