In addition to a fullscreen HUD capable of displaying information across the entire wraparound windscreen, the new Disco features gesture control, allowing the driver to manipulate everything from the stereo to the indicators via hand signals. Even more remarkable is the Remote Control Drive, with which you can control the car at extremely low speeds using wi-fi while not actually sat at the wheel! As we reported with a video last week, the ‘Transparent Hood’ gives the driver an unparalleled look at the terrain directly beneath the front of the car, while external laser technology does everything from sense the depth of puddles before you drive through them to help you manoeuvre into tight spaces.
