Maserati 450S Driven by Stirling Moss Could Sell for $7.5 Million USD

Set to hit the auction block is this stunning 1956 Maserati 450S  that was driven by the legendary English race car driver, Stirling Moss, when he competed in the 1956 Mille Miglia with navigator, Dennis Jenkinson, beside him. Originally built as a six-cylinder 350S and hastily prepared for the race, the car suffered serious damage when the brakes gave out and went off the road just outside of Rome. The car was restored to its current condition with factory consultation in 1987. It is slated to go on auction on May 10 at an RM Auctions event in Monaco and could fetch as much as €5.5 million EUR (approximately $7.5 million USD).
