Tinker Hatfield Talks Release of the Nike MAG 2015 with Power Laces / 8bar KRZBERG v5 Fixed Gear Bike Frameset

Last night at Agenda’s Emerge conference in Long Beach, legendary Nike designer Tinker Hatfield took the stage alongside Shepard Fairey, Bob Hurley and more to discuss design and innovation, among a variety of other topics. Following up his promise in February of last year, Hatfield confirmed that he and his team are working as hard as possible to deliver the Nike MAG in 2015 with Power Laces. Not to put too much pressure on himself, Tinker also reminded the audience that there are still “11 and two-thirds months left in 2015.″ It looks like we’ll be seeing the arrival of the iconic Back to the Future kick this year after all, but the exact release date is yet unknown.
Developed to satisfy the needs for fast and nimble riding, 8bar’s brand new KRZBERG v5 frameset’s aggressive and unique geometry makes it perfect for busy roads but also for fast criterium races. Double butted 6066 lightweight aluminum and a full tapered carbon fork make the frame extremely lightweight. With it’s low pro geometry and the semi-integrated seatpost it is also much stiffer and gives your bike a unique look. The KRZBERG v5 comes in three different colorways: matte ghost black, polished raw and the new 8bar team edition. All frame sets include a tapered 8bar aero carbon track fork, a 8bar SUPER A-Head set and a seat collar.
