BEAUTY & YOUTH’s in-house line monkey time teams up with footwear brand Caminando to give the iconic Chelsea boot a luxe upgrade. The ankle-high British imports are revamped with premium suede, accompanied by decorating brouging along the edge. Gold D-rings along the pull tab give an additional upscale feel to the overall shoe, topped off with branding on the outersole. Available in either charcoal gray or brown, the boots will be available at UNITED ARROWS in the coming months, retailing for ¥27,580 JPY (around $260 USD).
Since breaking out onto the scene in 2004, BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS has strived to take its love of travel and culture exploration and translate it into wardrobe essentials, though with a classic Americana twist. Its upcoming 2016 fall/winter footwear collection offers a direct depiction of this aesthetic. The Steding draws design cues from the Nike Air Moc, while the Dawson offers a respectful salute to vintage mod styling prevalent in the UK underground scene of the ’60s. In the first collaboration between Danner and BLK PINE Workshop, the two brands have partnered to create the “Natural Veg-Tan” boot that features lush, undyed leather construction and natural duck canvas. The lace-up boots, complete with leather laces, sits just above the ankle with a pine cone detail embossed on the tongue. Its Vibram soles are lightweight and slim, steering the overall silhouette out of the combat boot territory. With only 100 of these made, head over to Stumptown Boots & Recrafting now so you don’t miss out.
