Earlier this year news broke that Kendall Jenner would be joining adidas Originals, in good company with Kanye West. Now, Three Stripes has unveiled her first campaign — the model stars in the brand’s new short Original Is Never Finished, Chapter 3.
An interpretation of previous chapters from the brand, Kendall becomes a modern-day version of Sandro Botticelli’s “Birth of Venus” with a sci-fi twist, representing a rebirth with a new generation of fresh energy in talents like co-stars Young Thug, 21 Savage and Playboi Carti. Set to a remix of Frank Sinatra’s “My Way,” watch them all above.
It’s no secret that Kylie Cosmetics turned the beauty industry upside down when it debuted around 18 months ago. However, the extent to which it expanded wasn’t revealed to the public until a new interview with WWD.
Kris Jenner reported $420 million USD in sales in just 18 months, with supporting documentation to prove that. To put that achievement into the grand perspective, it was noted by WWD that Tom Ford Beauty took a decade to reach $500 million USD in revenue, while Bobbi Brown took 25 years to reach one billion USD. Kylie still heads the creative side, and maintains that she “wants to keep building it and just show people what I can do on my own.”
For now, the mogul will concentrate on rolling out concealers and maybe even launch brick-and-mortar stores. The possibilities are endless.
After releasing a collection of summer-ready bodysuits earlier this season, Khloe Kardashian‘s Good American now returns to deliver a new apparel range. As part of the brand’s Season 4 lineup, the new drop features a couple of pieces adorned with rocker-chic, oversized grommets. Among the mix are the Good Waist jeans and the black Mini Skirt, which see sultry grommet detailing along the side seams and at the hem respectively. Flick through the lookbook above to take a closer look at these edgy, new styles.
