Back in January, adidas Originals debuted its Hypersleek trainer in a classic white colorway. Now, the silhouette is arriving in two bold patterned models titled “Black/White” and “Black/Purple.”
Detailing on both features a suede upper inspired by traditional tennis sneakers with a modern twist: a houndstooth pattern. Both pairs come with an enlarged rubber midsole in white alongside distinct textures in the forefoot and heel which create a semi-platform look. Rounding out the specs is tonal branding paired with matching lacing.

UPDATE (May 22, 2019): With the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Glow-in-the-Dark” slated to drop this Friday, May 24, adidas and Kanye West decided to surprise fans with an early drop online.

Original Story (April 28, 2019): After a teaser from Kanye West himself and a few first looks at the adidas “Glow-in-the-Dark” YEEZY BOOST 350 V2s, a potential release date has now surfaced for the soon-to-be-coveted sneakers.
According to sneaker insiders Yeezy Mafia, the highly-anticipated model will be releasing in stores in limited quantities starting May 25 for a retail price of $250 USD, up a few bucks from the model’s usual $220 asking price.
To refresh your memory, the latest iteration features an eye-catching tonal neon green outfit, which extends from its Primeknit upper all the way down to its BOOST-assisted midsole. The silhouette will also sport a translucent stripe seen on the YEEZY models of late. Of course when seen in the dark, the shoes will emit a special glow-in-the-dark colorway that has yet to be seen on previous YEEZY BOOST sneakers. Dubbed the “48-Hour Pack,” last year’s collaboration between adidas Originals and Oyster Holdings saw a slew of travel-inspired athletic apparel. The two label’s have come together once again for another project conceptualized around the idea of travel. The result is three vibrant iterations of co-branded Samba OGs.
The adidas Originals x Oyster Holdings capsule is titled “World Traveller’s Cup” and encompasses three colorways painted in red, yellow and blue. Constructed with textured full-grain leather, the upper includes an extended tongue that features adidas’ trefoil logo embellished in gold trim behind a globe. The logo is also stamped at the heel above Oyster Holdings’ logo motif that’s placed below. Three stripes branding appears in white along the sidewalls complete with shiny “SAMBA” lettering next to it. A reinforced toe cap and thin beige gum sole round up the classic silhouette.
Three of the colorways “Red/White Down,” “EQT Yellow/FTWR White” and “Blue/FTWR White” will be available at adidas’ website at 3 a.m. EST, May 31 for $130 USD.
UPDATE (May 21, 2019): Late last month we were introduced to the latest sneaker from frequent collaborators UNDEFEATED and adidas.
Having only seen the right sneaker from the pair, which features UNDEFEATED’s Five Strikes logo in bold red branding on the toe vamp, we now have a look at what the left shoe has to offer. Holding true to its “Stars and Stripes” banner, the left sneaker features a mirroring UNDEFEATED insignia, however this time done up in blue.
Additionally a translucent Three Stripes TPU caging system, co-branded insoles, and American flag heel pull tabs finishes off the overall look of this collaborative pair. Lastly the “Stars and Stripes” sneakers are embellished with mismatching red and blue lace aglets and a hit of blue on the medial portion of the outsoles.
Look for these patriotic UNDEFEATED x adidas UltraBOOST 1.0 “Stars and Stripes” to arrive this Friday, May 24 at all UNDEFEATED chapter stores and undefeated.com.

Although hype surrounding the running-turned-lifestyle silhouette has died down as of late, the frequent collaborators have added minimal branding to ensure fans of both brands will be satisfied. Covered in a mostly pristine white outfit from its signature Primeknit upper all the way down to its BOOST-assisted midsole, the fresh iteration has then been embellished with a red contrasting enlarged UNDEFEATED Five Strikes logo on the toebox, while a hit of blue can be found on the medial portion of the outsole. Finally a translucent Three Stripes TPU caging system, co-branded insoles, and American flag heel pull tabs finishes off the overall look of this collaborative pair.
Another thing to note is that only the right shoe has been officially revealed, which means the left could be dressed in different features. Recent rumors have suggested a blue UNDEFEATED Five Strike logo as well as mismatching star-patterned laces will be featured.
