If you thought Nike Sportswear‘s premium “Snakeskin” edition of the Air Python was just a little too bold, consider the Sail/Black-Metallic Gold edition of the ’80s classic. Decked out in smooth white leather and lined in black, this take on the Python — a 1987 release that crossed the Air Jordan 2 and the Nike Air Force 2 — is more reminiscent of the silhouette’s OG looks and reserves the faux snakeskin for the quarter panels and heel overlay alone. Finished with golden eyelets, the latest Air Python is now available from NSW retailers like Switzerland’s Titolo.
Tokyo-based Mila Owen has teamed up with atmos to drop a collaborative rendition of Seattle-based Brooks‘ Chariot silhouette. Due for a release next month, the latest Chariot — a shoe that debuted back in 1982 and one that has recently served as the canvas for projects from both Boston’s Concepts and Philadelphia’s UBIQ — appears in a minty greenish grey hue, coupling a premium leather and suede build with tan leather branding and a combination of navy and white accents. Capped off with a co-branded midsole, the special edition Chariot is due out February 14 in limited quantities and can be pre-ordered now via atmos for both men and women.
