New Balance has officially unveiled a new pair of the 998, coming in an icy white/navy/blue/silver colorway. The famed retro design uses leather and perforated leather along with suede panels on the upper, while the midsole sees a chunky ABZORB unit and a clear outsole. The New Balance 998 is available from Sneaker Politics, costing $180 USD.
New Balance last made an appearance with its Evangelion sneaker collaboration. Working with the anime series was always going to catch the eyes of dedicated fans and — even though the shoe is only available in China and Japan — it looks like they’ll be no shortage of people looking to get their hands on a pair.


Legendary British band The Beatles have been honored with a number of collaborations recently, with COMME des GARÇONS reissuing its 2009 capsule and NIGO’s HUMAN MADE paying tribute to the band with a collection of graphic T-shirts and sweaters. The latest brand to celebrate the iconic band is Diamond Supply Co., with a new capsule collection of apparel and footwear that references the band’s 1968 animated film Yellow Submarine.
The collection’s footwear sees a classic skating silhouette reworked with a 10oz canvas upper decorated with a range of black and white illustrations from the film and finished with white stitching, white laces and a white rubber outsole. The sneaker’s all-white upper is then contrasted by a bright yellow sole. The “Beatles Avenue” sneaker from Diamond Supply Co. is available now from the brand’s web store, with the retail price set at $70 USD.

Fresh from unveiling its latest collaboration with Gosha Rubchinskiy, adidas has unveiled the “cardboard” colorway of the EQT Cushion ADV and this time the sportswear brand has teamed up with British retailer Size? for the exclusive drop. The shoe itself takes the original EQT Cushion from 1991 and its signature EVA outsole and updates it for 2017 — while keeping the focus strictly on comfort.
The “cardboard” colorway is the latest in what’s been a slow but steady feed of new EQT colorways, having originally re-introduced newer editions of the shoe back in July. The adidas EQT Cushion ADV will be released exclusively at Size? outlets both in-store and online on September 14.

size? is back to add another collaboration to its belt. This time around adidas Originals serves as the point of expression via its adidas Atlanta sneaker. Delivered in two colorway options, you’ll find a burgundy base matched with gold accents. For the other, a blue base with silver detailing is the color palette of choice. Dug up from adidas Originals’ archives, suede wraps around its toebox and heel while nylon is found on its toebox and underlay on its side paneling. Each edition rests atop of a white midsole Dellinger webbed and black outsole for the finishing touches.
