ELLE magazine tapped mother of three and media mogul Kim Kardashian West to serve as its April 2018 cover star. West poses for a stripped down shoot lensed by photographer Boo George. Stylist Anna Trevelyan selected pieces from Jeremy Scott and Balmain for her to wear in the beach-themed editorial. Aside from the spread, the KKW Beauty founder also sat down for an interview in her cozy Calabasas home.
In the Q&A she reveals that husband Kanye West dreams of creating a YEEZY product line that would include “deodorant [and] every product you could imagine.” Apparently, logos are a nuisance for the pair who are photographed and filmed year-round. West also opens up about her third child, Chicago, who was delivered via a gestational carrier. She admits she “wished [she] could have done it on [her] own” but still recommends the experience to other aspiring mothers.
Kim goes on to discuss her label-less house and sheds light on the “Bo Derek braids” controversy.
Following the success of her Valentine’s Day Kimoji fragrances, social media mogul Kim Kardashian has now teased her next KKW Beauty release – and we did not see this one coming.
The star posted a teaser video on Instagram featuring no other than Madonna, along with the caption “Coming soon. #MDNAMEETSKKW,” hinting towards an upcoming collaboration. The queen of pop’s brand MDNA SKIN posted the same teaser, alluding to a potential skincare product in the making.
Vogue India has tapped social media mogul and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian for its March 2018 cover, lensed by Greg Swales. The star sports brands like Jean Paul Gaultier and Philipp Plein, combined with Eastern influences like sari’s and jewelry. In the issue, Kardashian talks her career, beauty empire and family – also revealing what qualities she’d take from each sister, to create an “Uber Kardashian.”
