After receiving a closer look at the adidas FUTURECRAFT 4D Icons, we now have a first look at the upcoming adidas Originals FUTURECRAFT 4D Iniki Runner BOOST model. Thanks to famed sneaker insider Yeezy Mafia, we see the Three Stripes’ latest tech hit the lifestyle runner on the beloved Iniki, aka I-5923.
This will mark the first release as part of the “adidas Hybrids” series, where the German Giant will be taking two shoes and remixing them into one. Dressed in a mostly red upper borrowed from the I-5923 with white Three Stripes branding, the sneaker also features knitted mesh construction and premium suede overlays, whilst the 3D-printed midsole is clearly taken from the coveted FUTURECRAFT 4D. Expect this adidas Originals FUTURECRAFT 4D x I-5923 model to hit the shelves come September.
Last week, we got another look at adidas’s new Deerupt runner after receiving an initial tease this past summer. With more drops scheduled to hit the scene later this month, now is as good a time as any to explore the first three colorway offerings. Having already peeped the all-white version earlier, two new iterations — one sporting a red/blue scheme and the other rocking a white/black combo — are next up for the Three Stripes brand.
A net mesh overlay remains central to each of the models — blanketing not only the upper base, but the midsole area as well. Rounding out the contemporary design is a branded heel patch adorned in suede. Although pricing has still yet to be confirmed, each of the above adidas Deerupt models will make its debut online come March 22.
Vetements continues to pay homage to conventional sartorial models with its Spring/Summer 2018 footwear collection, this time riffing on the popular Stan Smith model. The adidas-inspired sneaker was previously teased via Vetements’ official Instagram account, and now, the shoes are available to purchase at MATCHESFASHION.COM for a cool $657 USD (about nine times the price of an original Stan Smith).
The Vetements Perforated-logo low-top leather trainers feature a white leather upper (with one colorway sporting an off-white hue) with all-over punctuated Vetements branding and a colored heel tab in classic red, blue or green options. A simple lace-up front and white rubber cupsole stay true to the traditional tennis trainer.
You can head over to MATCHESFASHION.COM to pick up the sneakers.
Fans of the coveted adidas Originals NMD R1 STLT silhouette will be treated to a new iteration this year. Thanks to sneaker insider @sneakerprophet_, we now have a first look at the upcoming Christmas model. The shoe takes on the The Stripes’ signature Primeknit-constructed upper with a festive red and white colorway. Sitting just below is a clean white BOOST midsole with green EVA inserts.
There’s no word yet on an official launch date for this Christmas-themed pair of adidas Originals NMD R1 STLT, but stay tuned for more updates.
adidas‘ Swift Run Primeknit previously debuted in two essential colorways of “Triple Black” and “Triple White,” and this time, the sleek runner continues its classic theme in a slick “Black/Gum” look that fuses modernity with retro vibes.
This pair features a black Primeknit upper with contrast white at the Three Stripes branding and vamp area. A clean white midsole and gum outsole combo provides the classic throwback look while offering premium cushioning and support.
You can pick up the adidas Swift Run Primeknit “Black/Gum” now at select adidas retailers such as Oneness for $120 USD.
