Continuing its lineup of coveted collaborations, HYPEBEAST has now joined forces with Fender for a limited-edition guitar. Arriving in the Stratocaster model, the partnership highlights the musical instrument manufacturer’s iconic design, which was also recently featured in a team-up with H.E.R.
“Fender has always been closely connected to musical culture since its founding in 1946. Similarly, HYPEBEAST is one of the most influential online media in lifestyle and culture,” Fender’s President of APAC Edward Cole comments on the release. “Through this collaboration, we’re looking forward to bringing music closer to other cultural realms, as we share a passion for music amongst a generation immersed in fashion and lifestyle.”
The guitar, which delivers clean sounds for any music genre or style, arrives in a sleek design featuring a 9.5-inch radius and 22 Medium Jumbo frets. Crafted with alder for the body and maple for the neck, the instrument is complete with a hard shell case boasting a gloss finish. Rounding off the guitar is a chrome neck plate with an engraved serial number, highlighting the 24-piece limited edition.
Priced at $1,600 USD, the HYPEBEAST x Fender Stratocaster is available exclusively via HBX and Fender’s official website in Japan, the U.S. and UK.
