After receiving a preview of the Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan Brand collaboration by World Cup Champion Kylian Mbappé and DJ Khaled, we now have a closer look at the footwear, apparel and accessories collection showcased by Jordan during Paris Fashion Week.
On the clothing front, the outerwear takes the center stage, embracing a color palette of orange, black and gray. Reflecting the jersey Mbappé donned during his visit to Venice Beach, a parka exhibits an array of geometric patterns against a black backdrop. Additionally, fleece bombers and coach’s jackets are seen boldly showing off the collaborative PSG x Jordan logos in orange, while a hoodie takes on a more minimal approach in black and white. Graphic tees in various colorways and accessories including backpacks, duffle bags and waist bags round out the entire capsule.
While we saw an on-feet look at the PSG x Air Jordan 6, the event was the first time we’ve seen the Air Jordan 1 collab. The low silhouette takes on a stealthy look in a black and gray colorway, featuring subtle reflective graphics. Both models include the co-branded logos stitched on the heel counter, accentuated with a bright “Paname” tag celebrating the French capital.
As it has so often done, Jordan Brand imagines a what-if player-exclusive for young MJ with the release of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Gym Red/Black/Sail/White.”
Taking on the reversed form of the iconic “Chicago” colorway, this AJ1 features black rather than red leather over white, as well as as a red Swoosh and ankle collar in lieu of a black Swoosh and ankle collar. To give it an “OG” look, the midsole appear in the tinged hue sail, while the nylon tongue appears in black.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Gym Red/Black/Sail/White” is currently available on SNEAKRS UK with a release date of June 29 and a price tag of £129.95 GBP (approximately $166 USD).
