Following up to its swoon-worthy “Valentine’s Day” pack, adidas Originals now returns with yet another Stan Smith release. Just in time for spring, the all-new “Trefoil” pack is filled with pastel color tones – the roster includes four different colorways: “Clear Orange,” “Easy Yellow,” “Core Black” and “Footwear White.” True to its namesake title, each sneaker replaces the standard Three Stripes pattern on the side panel with the sportswear giant’s unmistakable Trefoil logo.
In each iteration, the shoe is constructed with luxe leather – for the pastel coral and soft yellow reworks, the tonal upper is complemented by a crisp white outsole and color-matching heel tab. For the black version, the obsidian body provides a striking contrast to the white Trefoil insignia on the side panel. As for the triple white option, the minimalist look is perfected with the trainer completely absent of any color.
The adidas originals Stan Smith “Trefoil” pack is slated to drop on March 14 at 12:00 a.m. CET (March 13, 6 p.m. EST) at select stockists such as Titolo.
Following up on high fashion collaborations with COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus and Off-White™, Nike’s Air Presto is back. Titled the Presto Fly World, the silhouette features an upper reminiscent of the original design.
On the “White/Oriental Poppy Skylight” trainer we spot a mesh overlay on the TPU lacing cage in addition to a white base upper and black cutout on the midfoot. Hits of light teal appear on the lacing cage and heel which add a hint of contrast on the upper. Rounding out the detailing is branding, which appears, as a new Presto tongue logo and Swooshes along the midfoot and toe.
You can purchase Nike’s Air Presto Fly World “White/Oriental Poppy Skylight” at $130 USD over at Titolo’s web store.
Earlier this week we found out that the anticipated sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Daybreak sneaker had been delayed across retailers in Europe, and now we’re taking a closer look at the shoe. Arriving in two colorways, “Green Gusto/Black-Varsity-Maize-Safety Orange” and “Varsity Blue/Del Sol-Varsity Red-Black,” the shoe sees an eye-catching overlay design with double Swooshes across the lateral.
The sneaker sees a mashup of the popular Nike Daybreak and Nike Waffle Racer silhouettes, sporting double midsoles, toe panels, tongues and heel branding. Showcasing Chitose Abe‘s unique way of layering and deconstructing, the sneaker is the ultimate statement and one of this year’s most sought after releases.
Take a look at the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Daybreak in the gallery above, and stay tuned as an official release date is yet to be announced.
We’ve found a consolation prize for those who missed out on Virgil Abloh‘s ever-popular Nike collaborations. Off-White™ has released its striped vulcanized sneaker black and white colorways that are perfect for spring wear. The low-top silhouette has a canvas upper that is accented with the brand’s cross arrow logo along with a timely “2018” stamp. It sits on a thick rubber outsole that is striped to match the Off-White™ aesthetic. The signature “OFF” AND “SHOELACES” tags that graced the Swoosh collaborations can also be found on this pair.
Shoppers can shop both colorways at SSENSE now for a $230 USD retail price
