After dropping in a clean cream colorway just this past weekend, Balenciaga‘s coveted Triple-S made an unexpected return today with a brand new look. This time around, the chunky low-top appears in a dusty blue look, coupling a tonal upper of mesh, leather, and suede with a yellowed midsole. As per usual, the stacked sole boasts artificial distressing throughout.
Sadly, however, you’re out of luck if you haven’t already picked these up: the SSENSE exclusive dropped online earlier today and disappeared in a flash. Who knows, though — maybe Demna Gvasalia and company have more exclusive Triple S designs up their sleeves.
Not too long ago a black and white iteration of the YEEZY 500 Runner surfaced which generated a frenzy for Kanye West fans. Before that, Yeezy stepped out in a high cut iteration of the Wave Runner 700 model which lead many to believe that YEEZY Season will last forever. Recently Mr. West was seen sporting another new colorway of the Wave Runner 700 in its original form. The model returns donning a mix of black and ash grey throughout to display a worn-in aesthetic. Reflective 3M detailing is also incorporated within the sneaker to give it the final pop to grab the attention of any onlooker. Complemented by Kim Kardashian by his side, could this be the best colorway of the YEEZY Wave Runner 700 yet?

The much-loved adidas Hu NMD, a product of a collaboration with Pharrell Williams, has seen countless colorways drop in recent times. Yet a sneak peek at the “Tie Dye” iteration, rumored to be dropping next year, may have put a new contender into the mix for boldest ever Hu. NMD silhouette. The construction of the durable low-top shoe remains true to what we’ve all learned to love with a Primeknit upper, TPU paneling on both lateral and medial sides, and a comfy BOOST midsole. However, the pastel color scheme that bleeds across the shoe in typical “Tie Dye” style is unlike anything fans have seen before.
There has been no official statement so far regarding a release date, but rumors have the shoe lined up to drop next spring. Either way, this vibrant rendition of Pharrell’s adidas sneaker is definitely worth keeping an eye on, so keep it locked to HYPEBEAST.
Staying with the Hu NMD, the N.E.R.D. x adidas Originals Hu NMD has been officially revealed.
Jay Gordon of Boston-based Bodega has designed two iterations of the new Nike iD ACG x Pendleton Mowabb cross-trainer. The new variants come in distinct “Sunset” and “Arctic” colorways. Each shoe boasts a special speckled heel strap and tonal black outsoles. Furthermore, the sneakers are numbered 1-100 on the medial side in the signature ACG badge motif.
“I started collecting sneakers in high school and would take the bus to New York to get shoes that I couldn’t get in Boston. That’s where I first saw ACG. I loved it instantly. ACG colorways and the whole vibe of it was my style,” Gordon expressed to Nike. “The first time I saw someone wearing the Mowabb I thought ‘those are awesome.’ It was one of the first ACG shoes that I got. I was with a friend at a store on 17th street. He was like, ‘Why are you getting that? It’s crazy?’”
The “Sunset” will be available for purchase at ComplexCon 2017 while the Arctic hits Bodega’s Boston flagship on November 5. A slew of customizable options for the Nike iD ACG x Pendleton will launch on Nike’s official website starting November 9 until November 14.
