Last seen in Halloween’s “Day of the Dead” Pack, PUMA‘s mainstay low-top, the Basket Classic, receives another autumn-inspired colorway. Resting atop a thick, gum rubber sole unit, Afew sneaker boutique dubs this model the “Taffy,” but you may think of it as a “wheat” or “flax” hue.
No matter your preferred nickname, this drop is a great pick-up for those cool fall days, especially as it is said to be constructed with waterproof materials. Pick up a pair now for €100 EUR (approximately $117 USD) at Afew.
Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit Bred Black and Red
New classic meets old classic in Nike‘s recently unveiled Air VaporMax “Bred” colorway. This version of the popular runner sports the signature color scheme with a black Flyknit upper, a red Swoosh logo and a bold, transparent red bubble sole unit.
Other details include dark grey weaving at the toe area for subtle texture, grey Flywire system to accentuate the design, a protective mudguard layer for easy maintenance and 3M reflective “VaporMax” branding at the heel.
The Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit “Bred” is scheduled to drop on December 1 for a retail price of $190 USD at Nike’s web store and select Swoosh retailers. If you’re looking for the same color scheme but more intense, Nike’s Air Max Plus just dropped in a wavy “Chile Red” colorway.

The riot stories have been told, the release rumors have been confirmed, and now we finally get a better look at Jeff Staple‘s 2017 Nike SB Dunk Low “Black Pigeon,” courtesy of Instagram user @gc911.
This revamped take on the 2005 Nike SB grail boasts a tonal black nubuck upper (as opposed to the OG’s dual-tone grey color scheme and white Swoosh), the classic “Sienna” red outsole, embroidered Nike branding at the heel tab, and signature embroidered pigeon at the lateral heel that gave the shoe its name.
Take a detailed look in the shots above and let us know if you’ll be getting your hands on a pair. Select Nike Skateboarding retailers will be launching the Nike SB Dunk Low “Black Pigeon” on November 11.
ASICS GEL-Lyte V "Honey Ginger"
After debuting a GEL-Lyte III in “Honey Ginger,” ASICS now brings the same buttery suede colorway to the GEL-Lyte V. This specific silhouette boasts a sock-like construction, a honey-hued suede upper and a gel-cushioned white midsole for a clean, two-tone look perfect for Fall season.
Other details include tonal laces, embroidered branding at the heel counter and tongue tab, a half-grey outsole, as well as ASICS’ signature Tiger Stripes motif in leather with black trim for a subtle hit of contrast.
You can pick up the ASICS GEL-Lyte V “Honey Ginger” now for €129 EUR ($151 USD) at select retailers such as Afew. For something even more colorful, check out the ASICS GEL-Lyte V in “Peacoat.”
Nike Air Max 97 Premium Sequoia
Paying homage to the Fall season, Nike recently gave its luxury lifestyle Air Max 97 Premium model a “Sequoia” makeover. The Fall-toned iteration of the premium model features a multi-color synthetic and wool paneled upper, accented by thick rope laces and simple tongue and heel tabs. While a visible Air unit laden white midsole, black rubber outsole and subtle Swoosh branding rounds up the design of the shoe. Retailing at €180 EUR (approximately $210 USD), the Nike Air Max 97 Premium “Sequoia” is available now at retailers like Afew Store.
