First debuted as part of the Jumpman’s fall 2021 Air Jordan retro collection, the “Shimmer” is a women’s-sized style inspired by makeup — with a look that combines a little Off-White™ x Air Jordan 4 “Sail” and a little Hender Scheme.

A neutral tan tone inspired by various makeup palettes graces the nubuck upper, contrasted by semi-translucent wings and eyestays. The Air Jordan 4‘s signature mesh netting is done up in white on the quarter and throat alike, while the tongue features an electroplated Jumpman logo that provides a nod to the small mirrors often found in makeup sets. Another Jumpman is placed below the heel tab, and, like the wings, it takes on a translucent shade. White collar lining completes the top half. Down below, EVA midsoles mix a darker tan tone with white. This duo of shades surrounds a gray heel Air Max unit, with a final touch of translucent detailing on the outsole rounding off the look.

Early reports have the Air Jordan 4 “Shimmer” releasing on September 3, but this news has yet to be officially confirmed by the Jumpman. The “Shimmer” will likely be priced at $190 USD.air michael jordan brand 12 utility grind black bright crimson white DC1062 006 official release date info photos price store list buying guideair michael jordan brand 12 utility grind black bright crimson white DC1062 006 official release date info photos price store list buying guideJordan Brand first revealed the Air Jordan 12 Utility in an ecologically-conscious “Grind” makeup as part of its fall 2021 Air Jordan retro collection, and now official images of the sustainable style have surfaced. Boasting a stately construction, sporty accents and recycled detailing, the AJ 12 Utility “Grind” is the first iteration of Michael Jordan‘s twelfth signature sneaker to tout its use of reprocessed materials.

Kicking things off is a premium black leather upper with familiar stitched detailing and metallic silver top eyelets. Mudguards are made from black suede — a notable departure from the 12’s standard pebbled leather mudguard — and a little flair is provided by red trim around the midfoot badge plus red-rimmed “TWO 3” graphics and Air Jordan badges on the tongue. Black heel tabs with anthracite branding round off the top half.

Down below, midsoles are loaded with Zoom Air units for comfort. They slide between a basketball-like texture on the forefoot and a smooth texture on the heel while also sitting above the signature “Grind” detail: an ice blue outsole made of recycled rubber. The recycled content is on full display in this special outsole thanks to black and silver rubber flecks, with a signature carbon fiber midfoot plate and black herringbone traction offering finishing touches of support and traction.

The Air Jordan 12 Utility “Grind” is currently set to release on August 28, pending official confirmation from Jordan Brand. Its MSRP is set at a standard $190 USD.nike dunk low bordeaux white DD1503 108 release date info store list buying guide photos price nike dunk low bordeaux white DD1503 108 release date info store list buying guide photos price After showing out on impending renditions of the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 1 High, the “Bordeaux” motif is now electing to transfer its energy to the Nike(NYSE:NKE -1.08%) family. The fine wine-inspired motif is now making its way onto one of, if not the hottest silhouette that’s under the Swoosh umbrella right now: the Nike Dunk Low.

Like many of the Dunk iterations that have been revealed and released over the past year, this newest variation aligns with the popular two-toned trend. The smooth leather toe boxes, quarter paneling, collars, and nylon tongues are all presented in a pure white hue. Its stand out “Bordeaux” shade is what does most of the talking here as it drips on top of the overlays, Swooshes on the lateral and medial walls, interior lining, tongue’s Nike Air branding and the outsoles. One noticeable difference here is that the Nike embroidery on the heels goes for the tonal aesthetic as opposed to arriving in white like many of the college-inspired installments that have been re-released to the market. The mid-section of this lifestyle makeup finishes off with an angelic paint job.

At the time of writing, an official release date has not yet been announced, but it’s likely that SNKRS will be dropping them in the next couple of months.deon point concepts new balance 57 40 get home safe headin orange cream julia lang official release date info photos price store list buying guidedeon point concepts new balance 57 40 get home safe headin orange cream julia lang official release date info photos price store list buying guideConcepts creative director Deon Point has teased the retailer’s latest collaboration with New Balance: a bright orange iteration of the 57/40. Accompanied by “Get Home Safe” and “Headin’ Home” taglines, the shoe’s special packaging — which was revealed in an Instagram story from Julia Lang — seems to indicate a hybrid baseball and theater inspiration, potentially serving as a follow-up to the Concepts x New Balance 997S “ESRUC” from 2019.

Though the official inspiration still has yet to be revealed by Point or Concepts, the shoe supplies a vibrant mix of orange tones that’s perfect for the transition from summer to fall. The centerpiece of this build is a bright orange leather N midfoot logo plus a matching orange suede heel piece and tongue, with creamsicle orange suede appearing on the midfoot, forefoot and toebox. A burgundy-like tone is used on the eyestays, and cream suede is interpolated through the entirety of the shoe for contrast.

At the time of writing, an official release date for the Concepts x New Balance 57/40 has yet to be revealed. However, it’ll likely arrive in the coming months.Nike OverBreak SP "Black and White" Orca Whale Colorway Design Sneaker Release Information Swoosh Brand Footwear Shoe Trainer OGNike OverBreak SP "Black and White" Orca Whale Colorway Design Sneaker Release Information Swoosh Brand Footwear Shoe Trainer OGJust last week, Nike (NYSE:NKE -1.08%) released what we dubbed the cleanest colorway of the OverBreak SP to drop thus far, and within a matter of days we’ve already been corrected — this is the “Black and White” iteration, or what we’ve aptly nicknamed, “Orca Whale.”

While this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a black and white palette applied to the OverBreak SP (that award goes to the collaborative UNDERCOVER pair), this is set to be a GR meaning we should all be in with a chance of copping them.

For this version, Nike crafts the upper entirely from suede and leather. The former hits up the toe box and works its way into the mid-panel before switching to a black leather base, while more suede makes up the eyestay placket and the heel tab. The very upper section of the heel is made from leather and is adorned with Nike branding in white block letters, while white leather has been used for the oversized Swoosh emblem in the mid-panel.

Naturally, we find the bulbous and technical Nike OverReact sole unit appear beneath (here in crisp white), as well as OG Nike tags on the tongue where white rope laces complete the “Orca Whale” colorway.

Despite this being a GR, those wanting a pair and living somewhere other than Japan might need to be savvy sneakerheads. Head over to Nike’s regional Japanese site on August 30 to pick up a pair of the Nike OverBreak SP “Black and White” for ¥17,050 JPY (approx. $155 USD).
