Winners of the 2018 Underwater Photographer of the Year competition have just been announced. A panel of expert judges rummaged through 5,000 entries to crown the international victors spanning 11 photography categories. Taking home the grand prize is German photographer Tobias Friedrich for his remarkable “Cycle War,” portraying an underwater wreckage of World War II motorcycles, supply trucks, and armies of soldierfish swarming the entire frame of the photo.
Check it out in the Instagram photo, below.
“I had had this image in mind for a few years, but it is impossible to capture in one photo because there is no space inside the wreck to photograph this scene in a single frame,” Friedrich explained to UPY. “My solution was to take a series pictures and stitch them together as a panorama.”

After highlighting an inventive Dragon Ball Z x Nike concept pack, we now have a look at some ultra-convincing VaporMax renders in line with Dragon Ball Super characters. Artist The Golden Shape executed the popular Nike runner with colorways that stay true to fan-favorite characters.
Ranging from Frieza and Black Goku to Shenron and Vegeta, the pack includes all of the heavy hitters, including a colorway evoking Goku’s Super Saiyan Blue transformation. Select versions, including the Majin Buu, Beerus and Goku shoes, boast character-specific emblems on the heel, like Buu’s signature “M” and a Capsule Corp logo on Vegeta’s shoe. Elsewhere, subtle detailing informs the shoes, like the snakeskin accents on Shenron’s all-green pair, which also boasts the Dragon Ball stars embedded in the visible Air outsole.

Our obsession with Glossier is so real it almost gets out of hand. We basically have the same three-stage reaction every time Emily Weiss announces a new product — going from OMG, then frantically trying to place an order online and finally, impatiently waiting for the packages to arrive. Before we know it, we’ve accumulated not only the entire Glossier product offering, but also the pink pouches that come with each purchase. The obvious thing to do is to use them as toiletry bags when travelling, or as oversized pencil cases, but a girl can only have so many bags for her knick knacks.

Then one day, we came up with a wild thought: why don’t we rework the pink pouches into something wearable?

This completely random idea is realized only with the help of vintage retailer, Frankie Collective. We gave the brand’s creative director Sara Gourlay and designer Tamara Grunberg 10 Glossier bags and let them work their magic. The result is a bubblegum pink bikini set that is rounded off with gold chain strap details – so bold and chic we could totally see it on Kim Kardashian, to be honest.

Shot at Vancouver’s The Burrard hotel, our Valentine’s Day editorial sees model Clara Mary Joy taking the swimwear for a test drive while wearing Glossier makeup, of course. This fresh faced look is achieved with the editor-approved Boy Brow, Perfecting Skin Tint, Haloscope highlighter and Cloud Paint blush, topped of by the Generation G lipstick and the fan-favorite clear Lip Gloss. To shop these products, head over now to glossier.com. As for the bikini, sorry but you’ll have to get creative and DIY it at home.

Nicki Minaj, Gigi and Bella Hadid and Lily Collins stun in the March issue of Vogue – the magazine’s feature on the so-called ”new generation of designers.” Focusing on luxury fashion houses, the article dives into the importance of change within the fashion industry, with pioneers like Gucci‘s Alessandro Michele and Raf Simons at the forefront. During the past three years, we’ve seen brands like Balenciaga, Calvin Klein and Gucci being re-invented by creatives like Michele, Simons and Vetements‘ Demna Gvasalia, and Vogue delves into the importance of change.

Read the full feature over at Vogue, and take a look at the editorial shot by Mikael Jansson in the gallery above.

With Valentine’s Day well and truly underway, it’s easy to get lost in the sea of heart-themed, pink and red products. With that being said, we’ve been obsessed with adidas Originals’ red bodysuit since it dropped and our lust has only been heightened thanks to this lush shoot.
Lensed by Vancouver-based photographer, Marshall Heritage, the simple, yet striking, imagery is as much a celebration of girlfriends as it is of adidas’ stellar Valentine’s-ready offering. Of course, those bodysuits take center stage alongside the Superstar 80s Half Heart sneakers but the best part is the laid-back, carefree and fun spirit that only fully reveals itself amongst true friends.
