Nike revealed official images of its upcoming Air Force 1 High with Billie Eilish last week. Now, the duo has confirmed their collab’s release date by unveiling campaign visuals starring the Grammy Award-winning artist.
“The challenge and opportunity with this collection was to respect the originals, but make them my own,” Eilish said in a press release. “It was also important for me to mix in environmentally preferred materials where we could and present them in a way that felt fresh.”
The sustainable AF 1 High “Mushroom” features a monochromatic look dressed in a tan beige hue throughout. Meanwhile, five chunky mid-foot straps — reminiscent of the Alpha Force Low and Air Trainer 3 — are placed on the upper that start on the toe boxes and end at the collars. Other additional design elements include Eilish’s Bloshsh logo debossed on the tonal lace dubraes and the cork insoles that come with the message: “It’s hard to stop it once it starts.” In apparel, fans can expect loungewear pieces such as a fleece hoodie, T-shirt and fleece sweatpants covered in the same tan beige shade.
The Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 High “Mushroom” and apparel range will be available on April 24 via the singer’s website. Nike SNKRS will receive a later launch on April 25.
