The Nike Mayfly Leather Premium Gets Fancy With Suede and Vanchetta Tan

In terms of tech, the shoe boasts a breathable mesh upper, a phylon midsole for lightweight support and a rubber outsole for traction. Retailing for $110 USD, the Nike Mayfly Leather Premium in “Off White” is available at select Nike retailers such as Sneaker Politics.
