MODELS: Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik Couple up for ‘Vogue’s 2017 August Cover / Gigi Hadid Rocks a Pixie Cut in Stuart Weitzman’s 2017 Fall/Winter Campaign

  • Vogue tapped it-model Gigi Hadid and her R&B beau Zayn Malik for it’s 2017 August cover. The theme of this issue is gender fluidity, which Hadid and Malik encapsulate fully. The young couple lives outside the definition of “his” and “hers,” embracing this generation’s push for more androgynous fashion. On the cover, shot by Inez and Vinoodh, the duo cozy up in coordinating Gucci menswear. Hadid shares that she has always experimented with crossing gender lines, as shown with the boyish pixie cut she sports for Stuart Weitzman‘s 2017 fall/winter campaign.
Hadid also opens up for Vogue‘s “73 Questions” segment in which she chooses her favorite Zayn tattoos. Watch the short clip below and view the full editorial above.

It’s no secret that Gigi Hadid is known for her all-American look; a perfect glowing tan and flowing blonde hair. In the recent snapshots from Stuart Weitzman‘s 2017 fall/winter campaign, however, it appears that the supermodel has ditched this in favor of an edgier appearance as she’s featured showing off a caramel brown pixie cut.
This isn’t the first time the eldest Hadid sibling has fronted a campaign for Stuart Weitzman – she’s been the face of the footwear brand for a few seasons now and famously fronted the 2017 spring/summer campaign nude. For 2017 fall/winter, however, she’s covering up in a navy blue ensemble and a pair of white thigh-high boots. Photographer Mario Testino gave us a sneak peek of the campaign on his Instagram account  and you can peep some BTS shots from Stuart Weitzman above too.
