The BMW i8 Receives a Sinister Paint Job Inspired by Jared Leto's Joker

When it comes to supercar designs, the BMW i8 has become a favorite choice for custom paint jobs. The hybrid sports vehicle has already received a rusty makeup, an ‘80s-inspired motif, and even a Tron-esque exterior pattern. This time around, renowned supercar customizer Rene Turrek reveals a maniacal design for the i8, inspired by Jared Leto’s Joker character from Suicide Squad.
The futuristic beamer is beautifully coated in red, white and green layers of paint. It features remote controlled LED lighting for added flair, alongside the super villain’s most notorious details such as “HA HA” text, black spades, and skulls festooned across its wide body.
