Atlanta retailer Epitome has partnered with Reebok for a special Instapump Fury release. Inspired by “The Evolution of the Woman,” the collaborative model takes cues from the power of femininity and the bright future that awaits womankind. It’s about “HER Journey, HER Story,” according to Epitome.
The silhouette is constructed of white patent leather trimmed with metallic details on the heel. Translucent aspects are applied to the pump, release valve and straps for a futuristic feel while a translucent delta symbol on the toe box to symbolize “transparency, intuition, and progression.” Furthermore, satin pink footbeds are added for optimum comfort.
The Epitome x Reebok Instapump Fury will release on October 12 in NYC at an exclusive Pop-Up shop. It will then rerelease on October 14 at the Epitome store in Atlanta, Georgia and at its online store. The pair will retail for $205 USD.
Jefferson Pang Supreme Brooklyn Helm
Supreme has officially announced its Brooklyn store opening. With that said, a trusted team has been chosen to help run the outpost and it’s with great pride that the New York City streetwear imprint has tapped Jeff Pang to helm the establishment. Pang has a storied career in skating, being one of the earliest members of the Zoo York skate team and has ridden for the likes of Element Skateboards and FTC.
Born and bred in Brooklyn, Jeff is the ideal choice to represent the label and the neighborhood. He’s pushed much of New York skate culture forward and continues to do so through interviews, appearances and more. As Pang says on his IG post, “Don’t get it twisted, I’ve been here since the 70s.”
