Ralph Lauren Safari Chronometer Features Two New Dials / Panerai Radiomir Firenze 3 Days Acciaio / The Cadence Watch Company Introduces the Hamilton Watch

After launching the Safari Chronometer to rave reviews last year, Ralph Lauren is back with two more iterations of the dial. The watch, featuring a unique design with an alligator strap, is simple and classic. Ralph Lauren has unveiled the khaki as well as the camouflage dial, both iterations still classic but infusing some personality. The khaki dial is contrasted against a dark brown alligator strap encased in a gunmetal steel case, offering a simple aesthetic that is still unique. For something more adventurous, the camouflage dial does the trick with a beautiful face and perfectly matching moss green alligator strap.
Panerai Radiomir Firenze 3 Days Acciaio
Italian luxury watch label Panerai has unveiled its Radiomir Firenze 3 Days Acciaio timepiece, paying homage to its hometown of Firenze. With a hand-engraved 47mm stainless steel case, geometric shapes and floral motifs enfold the case, case band and crown. Inspired by the marble facades of Florentine churches, craftsmen cut into the steel with nothing but a traditional burin, with the design enveloped in black varnish for a high-contrast and striking finish. This hand-engraved 99-piece limited edition is extremely cool with an ornate touch, retailing for €17,000 EUR (approximately $19,100 USD).
The Cadence Watch Company Introduces the Hamilton Watch
In response to the smartwatch movement, more and more traditional watch companies are pushing to return the spotlight on minimalist design and the craftsmanship surrounding their machinery. One such brand, the Philadelphia-based Cadence Watch Company, has been steadily offering up wonderfully refined, “back-to-the-basics” styles for the past few years now. In its latest timepiece, the Hamilton revisits a classic men’s silhouette in a luxe gold-on-gold construction. Details include an 18k gold-plated mesh wrist strap, the precision of a Japanese Miyota 2035 movement, and a 42mm casing with a stainless steel back. Priced enticingly low at $40 USD, the Hamilton watch from Cadence can be pre-ordered here.
